HOW WE RUN GAMES

Why You Can Check What We Say About Our Games

We hold ourselves to what the studios publish — not to marketing numbers we invent. Every game mechanic, RTP figure, and rule set shown in our lobby comes directly from the provider. If a studio updates a game, we update the detail screen to match. Here is how that translates into your experience.

Provider-Sourced RTP

RTP figures appear only where Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or Evolution exposes them in the game data. We do not fabricate percentages or inflate numbers to make a title look more attractive.

Round History on Screen

Every completed round in live casino and slots writes to your account history. You can check the round ID, stake, outcome and timestamp any time — no need to contact support for that data.

Studio Game Integrity

Crash titles like Aviator Quick Arena use a provably fair multiplier sequence certified by the studio. The multiplier seed is published after each round so you can verify the result independently.

Session Drop Protocol

If your connection drops mid-round, our system holds the round state. When you reconnect, the result is settled from the server record — not from your last screen state — so nothing is lost.

GET HELP FAST

Ways to Reach Us During a Game Session

A question mid-session should not pull you away from the table for long. We keep three contact paths open so you can pick the one that fits your situation — whether it is a quick chat or a more detailed account issue that needs email follow-up.

Live Chat Open the chat bubble directly from any game screen. Our Indonesia support team responds in English and can check your active session, wallet status, or pending round on the spot.
Email Support For longer issues — a game round that ended incorrectly or a wallet mismatch after a crash session — send details to our support address and expect a structured reply with a case reference number.
Help Article Search Type a game name or error message into the help search bar at the top of this page. Most session and rules questions are answered there without needing to contact the team directly.
sugus4d What Our Game Catalogue Actually Covers

What Our Game Catalogue Actually Covers

sugus4d carries slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft alongside live tables streamed by Evolution — that covers Live Baccarat Prestige, Live Blackjack Table, Dragon Tiger and more. Crash titles like Aviator Quick Arena sit in their own tab so you never have to dig. For sports, Liga 1 football markets and European leagues are listed under the sportsbook section. If a

title you opened has an RTP figure, we surface it on the game detail screen exactly as the provider publishes it — we do not add or adjust that number ourselves.

Game Terms Every Player Should Know

These definitions cover the words you will see inside our lobby, on game screens, and in provider documentation. Each one is written as a plain explanation — no jargon piled on top of jargon.

What does RTP mean in a slot game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of all wagers a slot is designed to pay back over many rounds. A higher RTP does not mean you win more in a single session; it describes long-run math.

What is a multiplier in a crash game?

A multiplier is the rising number you see before you cash out in games like Aviator Quick Arena. The round ends when the multiplier crashes; your payout equals your stake multiplied by the number at cash-out.

What does 'round void' mean on my game history?

A void round means the hand or spin was cancelled by the studio's system — usually due to a streaming fault. Your stake is returned to your account wallet automatically; no action needed from you.

What is a side bet in Live Baccarat?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main Player or Banker bet. Common options include Pair and Tie. Side bet results settle separately and do not affect the main hand outcome.

What does KYC mean when I try to withdraw?

KYC means Know Your Customer — our identity check before releasing withdrawals to your DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet. It typically involves uploading a valid ID so we can confirm your account ownership.

What is the difference between a fixed payline and a ways-to-win slot?

Fixed payline slots pay only on set line patterns. Ways-to-win slots pay for matching symbols on adjacent reels anywhere — often 243 or 1024 ways — making winning combinations more flexible per spin.

Common Questions About Our Games and How Sessions Work

These are the questions our team sees most often from Indonesia players exploring the lobby. Answers are kept specific — if a question points to an account step or a game mechanic, we walk through exactly what happens rather than sending you somewhere else to find out.

Use the search bar at the top of the lobby and type the game title — for example, 'Gates of Olympus' or 'Fortune Fishing Game'. Results filter in real time. You can also browse by studio using the provider filter tab on the left side of the lobby screen.

Some Pragmatic Play and PG Soft slots offer a demo mode accessible without depositing. Look for the 'Try' button on the game tile. Live casino tables, crash games and sportsbook markets require a funded account to join — demo is not available for those.

If the stream freezes after your bet is placed, the round still settles on the studio's server. When your connection restores, the outcome and any payout are already recorded in your round history. Contact live chat if your balance does not update within a few minutes of reconnecting.

Certain titles are restricted by the studio based on your access region. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions. If you see this message, the title is not accessible for your current session — other games in the same category will still open normally.

Go to your account, open the 'History' tab, and filter by game type — slots, live casino or crash. Each entry shows the game name, round ID, stake, outcome and timestamp. You can use the round ID if you need to raise a dispute with our support team.

Yes, our sportsbook lists Liga 1 markets alongside European leagues. Football is the most active category for Indonesia players. Head to the Sports tab, select Football, then choose Liga 1 from the competition filter to see current markets. Match availability depends on the fixture schedule.
